I loved this, I will reread this again and again, and savor again the details down to the dust, the humor and nostalgia, and hear again all the sounds, including the rhythmic pouring of meter tea, the murmurs of many family reunions, alternations between the crowds and quiet places. This was great.

I enjoyed reading your short story. Your narrative unfolds naturally while taking the reader through the landscape of God's own country. Loved the character of Santosh and your mom. When reading I was reminiscing about my trips to Kerala. By the end of reading the short story, Kerala was beckoning me. A great piece of writing!

I know you’re blessed with a creative mind and this piece reiterates your passion and creativity. Shine on!

I can almost feel the scenes, sensations described.

What a joy to read.... Apart from the diarrhea. But all part of the story and what makes it believable
